Week beginning 3rd March

This week has been Book Week and we have enjoyed celebrating books, reading and authors in a variety of ways.

We have completed Book Reviews of some of our favourite books and have been able to get comfy and read in some different places in our classroom. On Tuesday, we took part in a workshop with Author Liz Flanagan and she inspired us to write some of our own fabulous fantasy stories. On Wednesday, we walked to Maidenhead Library and all came back with some great new books to read. We have extended our vocabulary by coming to school dressed as a word with some fabulous outfits on display for World Book Day. Thank you for all your enthusiasm for all our Book Week activities.
