Well done to Year 6 for working hard and staying focused all week. We are proud of you.
Well done to Year 5 for being patient, determined, and for giving their friends a calm and supportive environment to succeed. Another great week in UJ2!
In RE, we discussed what Heaven is, what represents eternal life for Christians, and why it is important.
In Science, we made periscopes and discussed when and why they were used. We also talked about prisms and why white light changes into rainbow colours when it passes through a prism. The children had fun making their periscopes and were amazed to be able to see through them.
In PSHE, we talked about personal hygiene and how we need to look after our bodies, especially during puberty.
In PE, we have continued practising our throwing skills and the children are developing their skills well.
