WB 18th May
It has been a very busy and fabulous final week of the first summer term. The children have been working incredibly hard and have been very engaged in all their learning.
In English, they have been reading The Tempest by Shakespeare and planning an extra scene to write after half term. They have been very excited to create a new scene for Act 5 and cannot wait to read their playscripts.
In RE, we have been learning about the Resurrection. The children wrote letters to their friends to convince them that the Resurrection happened and to help them understand it better.
We also had a prayer session at the Mary Grotto, where the children prayed together as a class and enjoyed the fantastic weather. It was a beautiful and reflective moment for everyone.
Well done, UJ2, for all your hard work this term. Have a lovely half term, and I cannot wait to see you all again in June for the final half term of the year!
