Dear Parents and Carers,
The children have had an excellent week in and outside of the classroom with a variety of learning experiences.
The big event of the week was the trip to Kew Gardens and the children had a great time learning about different plants and trees from different climates. The children followed up the trip by writing a recount of the day and relating it to the topics being covered in Geography and English.
In Art the children created some amazing fabric using the colours of the Amazon Rainforest as inspiration.
Overall it has been a fantastic week and the children have all worked really hard and developed their knowledge and understanding in many different curriculum areas.
