WB15th December
This week, we have been very busy and have lots to celebrate! We finished reading The Lion and the Unicorn and wrote some amazing setting descriptions, using personification to bring our writing to life. In Science, we tested how absorbent different types of soil were and presented our results using bar charts. In History, we compared life in the Stone Age and the Iron Age and decided which age we would prefer to live in, giving thoughtful reasons for our choices.
As we moved closer to Christmas, we completed our Advent topic by writing Advent prayers and drawing Advent wreaths in RE. We also enjoyed a wonderful Christmas lunch, took part in Christmas Jumper Day, and celebrated Mass together to mark the end of a busy and joyful term.
Thank you for all your continued support this term. I look forward to the next term ahead and wish you all a peaceful Christmas season.
