Dear Parents and Carers,

The children in Lower Junior 3 have had another excellent week, with all the children producing some great work across many of the curriculum areas.  They have all been involved in practical and theoretical learning activities, developing their knowledge and understanding in numerous topics.

The Big Write was the focus in English this week and the children produced some excellent independent work.

In Physical Education the children are now applying their learnt skills in foot golf and the teamwork unit.  They have all worked very hard to develop their skills and refine the sport specific techniques. 

This month the school has been celebrating Black History Month and looking at how Art has developed with many of the incredible artists.  For the Art project, the children were looking at silhouettes and how they can effectively tell a story.
