WB 12th May
Even though it has been a really busy week with the Year 6 children working so well at completing their SATS, we have still managed to complete some interesting lessons.
In RE we have finished our Easter topic by looking at the readings that are completed in Good Friday mass and their significance to us nowadays. We have also created images depicting the key symbolism.
In History, we have looked at the impact of William Tuke on how mental health (fitting during mental health week) support has changed because of his actions. We looked and analysed primary sources to gain an insight into how hospitals used to be before his intervention.
In science, we have completed a practical modelling blood and its composition.
