Mary's Liturgy 2025

On Wednesday 21st May, the whole school community were able to gather to celebrate Mary, the Mother of Christ.

We listened to Luke's Gospel detailing how Mary was chosen by God. We also learnt about the significance of the Hail Mary and why Mary is often depicted with flowers, a heart and a sword.

The lower juniors sang a beautiful song about Mary which they had learnt in music lessons and Alana (UPJ2) performed a wonderful ballet routine to 'As I kneel before you'.

It was a reflective and peaceful occasion which showed due reverence to Mary.
