Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you are all well.
The last week of the term was very busy and packed full of fun learning activities, in and outside of the classroom.
As it was Children's Mental Health Week, the children participated in numerous activities. They also had the opportunity to design a poster that showed their favourite activities.
In Religious Education, the children were learning about different faiths. You can see from the presentation that this also incorporated Art. The children really enjoyed creating the patterns and adding vibrant colours.
In English, the children were completing their report on the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in Pompeii.
As you will know the children performed at the Dance Festival this week. They were outstanding and a real credit to themselves and the school. They really embraced the theme and I am very proud of them all for working so hard and giving such a special performance.
I hope you all have a lovely half term and I look forward to another term, full of opportunities for the children to develop their skills and knowledge.
Best wishes,
Mr Mackintosh
