Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you are all well and ready for the weekend!
It has been a busy week with the children producing some excellent work and developing their skills in numerous subjects.
In English the focus was completing and editing their version of Spring's Child. The work produced was excellent and the children really did use their skills and imagination.
In Spanish the children were looking at colours, animals and translating these. They have really developed their understanding in this subject and this was evident with their translations.
In Religious Education, the focus was to To understand how Simeon recognised God’s revelation in Jesus.
For Reading the children were focussing on explaining the meaning and relevance of certain words from the current text.
In Art, the children produced some excellent drawings of fruit and sweet treats that looked at texture and tone with different forms of colouring implements.
