Penalty Notices

As stated in the letter to parents and in the Attendance Policy If you decide to take your child/children out of school without authorisation this may result in you being issued a penalty notice fine from the Local Authority of £60 per child (per carer/parent) if paid within 21days, which goes up to £120 if payment is paid between 22 and 28 days. Prosecution will be enforced if no payment is made within 28 days of absence. Penalty Notice will be issues to each parent for each child.
