Dear Parents and Carers,
This week in Art, the children were focussing on observational drawing skills to create detailed drawings of flowers and plants. Focussing on the intricacies of the different parts of flowers and plants. The children produced some excellent work with great detail.
In Religious Education the class were looking at the meaning and purpose of Advent. The children discussed the meaning and the different parts of Advent and why it is so important to the Catholic faith. The children produced some excellent work to remind us of the the true meaning of advent.
In Lower Junior three, we started preparations this week for Remembrance Day. The children discussed why this day is so important and why we all need to remember and honour those who died in the line of duty.
