    What is mental health?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. Mental health problems are common and there is plenty of help available. At St Mary's we prioritise children's mental health and wellbeing.

We have many ways in which we support children through interventions and activities. We assess each child's individual needs to identify appropriate support. Where in partnership with parents we can make referrals to external agencies such as Early Help and Social Prescribing.

Below are some useful links to provide information support children and families with mental health.
