🌟 What an Exciting Week in Infant 1! 🌟

This week has been another exciting and busy week in Infant 1, with lots of opportunities to learn, explore and have fun!

🎨 Art
In Art, we have been learning all about colour. We now know our three primary colours – red, yellow and blue. We have also started experimenting with mixing primary colours together to discover how we can create secondary colours. The children have loved becoming little artists and seeing the wonderful colours they can create!

🙏 RE – God’s Wonderful Creation
In RE, we have been learning about God’s wonderful creation. We know that the Bible tells us that God created the world in seven days. The children enjoyed creating their very own pictures showing the beautiful things God created. We talked about how thankful we are for God's kindness and for the wonderful world and everything in it.

🏃 PE – Obstacles and Circuits
PE has been full of energy this week! We have been learning how to move around obstacles and complete circuit activities. The children practised running in a zigzag pattern, racing to the end and then returning to the starting point. We also took turns and enjoyed some exciting mini-relays. The children showed fantastic teamwork, enthusiasm and perseverance!
