WB 3rd March

This week, the focus has been on reading, reading, reading!!!! It has been book week and we have completed an array of activities about reading. We have visited the local library, learnt how to find books and even borrowed one. We have also had a relaxing time in class reading our favourite books.

We were lucky to enjoy a virtual workshop with Liz Flanagan and wrote our own book reviews as well.

On Thursday we dressed up for World Book Day in either a costume or as a word and we 'buddy read' on Friday-What a packed week! Thank you to Mrs Conroy for organising so many amazing events!

We have still managed to find time for maths, where we have completed work on area of parallelograms and volume questions.

In RE we looked at the message 'to repent' and what it actually means. We also explored how we can 'believe in the Gospel'.

We have also explored the Great Barrier Reef and the human impact on this wonderful ecosystem.
