What an exciting week in Infant 1!

What a fabulous and exciting week we have had! 🌍🦸‍♂️

We became Superheroes for our World during a fantastic drama workshop! With a little help from Super Bear, we explored how we can all look after our beautiful planet. We learnt about the importance of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and had great fun bringing our superhero characters to life through acting!

In Art, we continued our colourful journey by experimenting with colour mixing. We also discovered the wonderful work of two fabulous artists, Gillian Ayres and Frank Bowling. Their bold, colourful and wonderfully expressive artwork inspired us to get creative. Things became a little messy as we explored different colours and techniques, but that is all part of the fun! We then had a go at creating our own masterpieces in our art books.

We have certainly been busy little superheroes and artists this week! 🎨🌈
